55 Acres of Industrial Land Sold in Mead

Mark IV Capital recently purchased 55 acres of industrial land in the Elevation25 Business Park. The land is located at 4480 Elevation Drive. The property holds two recently completed industrial buildings and the remaining 55 acres can hold up to seven buildings totaling 850,000 square feet of industrial buildings!

Mark IV has stated they plan to use the remaining land for a variety of purposes.
